How long does delivery take?
Orders are handed to the courier within 2 working days. UK tracked delivery is usually 2 to 4 working days after that. You get a tracking email when it ships. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, to the countries listed at checkout. Any customs duties are paid by the recipient, not by us.
What is your returns policy?
30 days from delivery if you change your mind. The lamp needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Email jaymesnealett@gmail.com and we will send the returns address. You pay return postage unless the lamp arrived damaged or faulty.
What if it arrives broken?
Email photos within 48 hours. We replace it or refund you, including the original delivery, and you do not pay to send a faulty lamp back.
Is a bulb included?
DriftGlow lamps include a separate cable and LED bulb. Check the product page for the specific lamp you are buying.
Are they exactly like the photos?
They are handmade. Crackle glass and glaze vary slightly. A small difference in the pattern is normal, not a defect.
Where are they made?
The lamps are handmade in Indonesia and dispatched from the United Kingdom.
