Shipping policy

We ship from the United Kingdom.

 

Dispatch

Orders are handed to the courier within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will get a tracking email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

 

United Kingdom

Tracked delivery, usually 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, so if you need a lamp for a specific day, order a few days ahead.

 

International

Shipping countries and the cost are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times depend on the destination. Any customs duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our price.

 

Cost

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout. You will not be charged a surprise shipping fee after you order.

 

If a parcel goes quiet

If tracking has not moved for 7 days after the estimated delivery date, email jaymesnealett@gmail.com and we will trace it, replace it, or refund it.
